WARRANTY AND REPAIR POLICY

– Products are warranted under the SioGreen USA manufacturer’s policies.

– For family water heater: electric part and quartz tube are warranted for 01 year, other components are warranted for 05 years.

– For industrial water heater: electric part and quartz tube are warranted for 01 year, other components are warranted for 02 years.

Note:

 – To guarantee your warranty, please ask the seller to provide a financial invoice when buying the products and to present the invoice or the warranty card when using the warranty service.

– All sales agencies across the country are required to scratch the authentic stamp and message with the following syntax: XT _ [Code] Send 8137 (free of charge). In case of losing purchase invoice or warranty card, you can use the telephone number registered genuine products to carry out the warranty procedure.

Guideline to check genuine products or origin:

1. Authentication of genuine products (free of charge): 

– Scratch the authentic stamp affixed on the machine to get “Code”
– Use your mobile phone to message with the following syntax: XT _ [Code] Send 8137
– After successful authentication, you will receive a feedback message from the system.

2. Inspection of origin:

– Visit: http://gepir.gs1.org/index.php/search-by-gtin

– Enter the barcode of the stamp affixed on the machine, then click “Search”
– After a successful inspection, you will get the manufacturer information and the origin of the product.
